We are delighted to announce that we were successful at this year’s National Optician Awards.

We were shortlisted for the award in four categories: Independent Practice of the Year, Dispensing Optician of the Year, Sports Vision Practice of the Year and Technology Practice of the Year.

 

We were ecstatic to win two categories, Independent Practice of the Year and Dispensing Optician of the Year. We were the only practice to achieve two awards at this year’s ceremony. These award eclipsed our success in the previous two years when we were runners up in Independent Practice of the Year and Technology Practice of the Year.

Principal Optometrist, Stuart Henderson, said ‘We were delighted to reach the final of this prestigious national competition for the third year running. The achievement of winning two awards demonstrates how through using the latest technology we strive to offer our patients the best quality Eyecare.’

Lesley Oglethorpe also won Dispensing Optician of the Year, an award which recognises her wealth of experience, her interest in many areas of optics and the tremendous service she gives to our patients.
